Bio: Karen Kelly,

As co- owner of Vanishing Point Industries, Karen Kelly is actively involved in pursuing its mission to shepherd artists as they use their artwork to not only support themselves financially, but to mature in their artistic abilities.

Helping artists thrive is a natural step in Karen's occupational evolution, given her 32 years experience as a teacher with the public school system. Upon retirement, Karen has remained an active advocate for learning as  shown by her eight years of volunteering at South east Elementary School, almost a decade volunteering at the Howell Carnegie District Library and her involvement with  the Fleming School Agency.

Karen's facilitation of the advancement of education is extraordinary, though she is very modest about how much she has impacted the young people she has shepherded over the years.
